Since taking on the role of Head of Marketing and Communications at PostBank Uganda, Priscilla Akora has been at the forefront of shaping the bank’s brand presence and market positioning. A results-driven marketing professional with over four years of experience at PostBank, she plays a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives that drive growth, increase profitability, and strengthen the bank’s visibility.

Akora is responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that reflect PostBank’s mission and values. She also leads a dedicated team, guiding the delivery of impactful campaigns, public relations efforts, and brand management activities that align with the bank’s corporate objectives.

Before her current role, Akora was Marketing Manager at PostBank , where she designed and executed strategic marketing plans, managed budgets, and spearheaded product launches and CSR initiatives to strengthen the bank’s market position.

Her earlier role as Marketing Manager at The Medical Concierge Group/Rocket Health saw her develop comprehensive communication strategies and manage customer service, optimizing marketing campaigns for healthcare services.

Akora’s extensive banking experience includes roles at Absa Group as Brand & Channels Manager, where she coordinated brand activities and channel management for corporate and investment banking products, and at KCB Bank Uganda . As Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive at KCB, she developed branding strategies, managed budgets, and executed CSR projects, ensuring robust ROI across marketing initiatives.

Beginning her career as a Real Estate Rental Agent at Knight Frank,Akora honed her skills in client engagement and advertising. Her strategic vision and expertise in brand management continue to position PostBank as a leading financial institution in Uganda, driving customer engagement and sustainable growth.
