Titilayo Adeyeri-Udonsak has been appointed Manager, Brand Strategy at leading creative agency X3M Ideas, marking a significant milestone in a career defined by sharp consumer insight, culturally resonant campaigns and high-impact brand experiences across Nigeria’s most competitive categories.
In her elevated role, Adeyeri-Udonsak will continue to shape strategy for some of the agency’s most prestigious clients and properties. At X3M Ideas she has already developed premium brand experience strategies for Martell, The Glenlivet and Jameson Distillery on Tour activations in Lagos and Abuja.
She has also crafted content strategies for major Multichoice campaigns, including House of the Dragon, Wura and Mother of the Bride, while leading culture campaign strategy for Big Brother Naija and Real Housewives of Lagos. Her portfolio further includes multi-platform seasonal strategies for AFCON and social-first launch campaigns for Vaseline and Rexona.
Beyond her core agency responsibilities, Adeyeri-Udonsak serves as Creative Consultant at Talents to Titans, where she contributes thought leadership on the business of African creativity, hosts industry connection events, facilitates brand-creative partnerships, and provides strategic support in film production, marketing and script supervision.
The dual roles position her at the intersection of mainstream brand strategy and the growing ecosystem of African creative talent.
Her path to this appointment reflects steady progression through increasingly complex strategic assignments. At The Redwolf Company she advanced from Junior Brand Strategist to Senior Brand Strategist, developing work for Airtel across flagship campaigns, co-marketing partnerships with YouTube and Spotify, the Arla x Hilda Baci Cookathon, and digital strategies for major television productions.
Earlier, she managed Maggi’s social and experiential platforms, including Ramadan Diaries, cooking masterclasses and regional engagement programmes.

Her early professional grounding also included brand management support on Maltina’s education-focused platforms and digital marketing experience at BetaSMS.
Her appointment as Manager, Brand Strategy at X3M Ideas strengthens the agency’s capacity to deliver sophisticated, culturally fluent work for premium and mass-market brands alike, while reinforcing her own standing as one of the rising strategic voices shaping Nigeria’s creative and marketing landscape.
