Luiza Goedert joins dentsu as new Business Transformation Director

Luiza Goedert has been appointed Business Transformation Director at dentsu, one of the world’s leading media and advertising networks.

In her new role, Goedert will partner with global clients including Netflix, KLM, Vodafone and The HEINEKEN Company to deliver integrated transformation solutions across media and advertising.

Goedert brings extensive experience in brand management, large-scale organisational transformation and commercial strategy. Most recently at The HEINEKEN Company, she served as Amstel Brand Manager, where she co-led the brand’s global credentials campaign and helped deliver the “Shot Without Permission” campaign that won a Cannes Silver Lion.

She also managed multi-market campaign execution, agency relationships and post-campaign effectiveness research in partnership with media teams and Kantar.

Prior to her brand role, Goedert spent several years driving major transformation programmes at Heineken. She led the deployment of AI initiatives that identified payment and pricing discrepancies, headed teams implementing Source-to-Pay systems across global operations, and oversaw the creation of Heineken’s global eLearning platform for procurement tools, which was translated into multiple languages.

She also held commercial and media roles in radio and real estate marketing, and gained early international experience supporting the United Nations Rio+20 Conference.

Reflecting on her move, Goedert said: “Media and advertising have always been very close to my heart and I’m thrilled to join one of the world’s leading players. Looking forward to partner with a variety of global clients such as Netflix, KLM, Vodafone and The HEINEKEN Company to deliver integrated transformation solutions.”
Luiza Goedert expressed particular appreciation to Ricardo Honing and Mark Rijsdijk for their trust in bringing her into the dentsu team.
