The National Development Bank (NDB) Botswana has appointed Kealeboga Sebolai as its new Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications, bringing more than 15 years of professional experience spanning financial services and telecommunications. NDB has also publicly welcomed Sebolai into the role.
According to the profile provided in the appointment announcement, Sebolai is an accomplished brand and marketing professional with extensive experience in financial services and telecommunications, with expertise in brand strategy, corporate communications, customer experience and stakeholder engagement.
In her new role at NDB, Sebolai will be responsible for strengthening the bank’s brand and marketing initiatives, building customer-focused brands and supporting organisational growth and transformation.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Botswana. Her professional development also includes training in leadership, digital marketing, risk management and public relations.

Prior to joining NDB, Sebolai built experience across financial services and telecommunications, developing expertise in brand strategy, communications, customer engagement and stakeholder relations.
NDB said her appointment comes as the bank continues to focus on building a stronger brand and enhancing its customer and stakeholder engagement. The bank’s public announcement described Sebolai as bringing extensive expertise in brand strategy, communications, customer experience and stakeholder engagement to the institution.
NDB operates as a development financial institution in Botswana, with a mandate that includes providing financial services to the agricultural sector and the wider public.
