Bolt Food Launches Early Cashout for its Courier Partners

Bolt Food  has introduced a new feature called Early Cashout, enabling courier partners to access their earnings before the regular payout cycle. With this feature, couriers can receive their earnings in up to two business days, compared to waiting a full week without Early Cashout.

The Early Cashout feature allows couriers to have greater control over their earnings. To access this option, couriers need to tap the Early Cashout button in the Balance section of the Bolt Food app. Depending on their payment method, funds may be received within two business days. Couriers can request an Early Cashout as long as their account has no active blocks, no ongoing transactions, and no irregular activity detected.

Bolt Food supports hundreds of thousands of courier partners by providing competitive earnings without a subscription fee and the flexibility to deliver whenever it suits them. The introduction of Early Cashout underscores Bolt’s commitment to enhancing the financial well-being of its couriers.

Ali Zaryab, General Manager of Bolt Food, stated, “Our network of fleet and courier partners is the lifeblood of our platform, and their welfare is paramount to us. We are constantly working on making sure their experience of joining and using the platform addresses their needs. That’s why we’re launching Early Cashout, to support courier partners in Ghana with even greater control over their earnings.”

Since its launch in Ghana in 2020, Bolt Food has been providing food and grocery delivery services in two cities, contributing to Bolt’s mission of enhancing urban living by supporting the food and beverage ecosystem.
