WPP launches world’s largest AI-driven content production hub

WPP, the world’s leading advertising and marketing services group, has announced the launch of WPP Production, a unified global content production organisation designed to transform how brands create, scale and optimise content in an increasingly digital and AI-driven marketplace.

Scheduled to take effect on 23 February 2026, WPP Production will consolidate all of WPP’s creative production capabilities — including its long-established production company, Hogarth — into a single integrated global platform. With nearly 10,000 production specialists across more than 40 cities worldwide, the new organisation is positioned as the largest and most advanced content production capability in the world.

The launch represents a significant milestone in WPP’s strategy to integrate creativity, production excellence and technology, enabling clients to access high-quality, data-driven content solutions at global scale. The platform is designed to simplify access to WPP’s production capabilities, improve speed-to-market and enhance the consistency and effectiveness of content delivered across channels and regions.

Commenting on the launch, Cindy Rose, CEO of WPP, described WPP Production as a cornerstone of the company’s long-term growth strategy, noting that the initiative sets new benchmarks for quality, scale and impact in content creation while positioning WPP as a trusted growth partner for brands worldwide.

WPP Production is built around four strategic pillars, including a unified global craft team, integrated agency producers, next-generation content origination powered by generative AI and virtual production technologies, and a high-velocity content studio focused on audience insight, real-time optimisation and measurable performance.

While unifying production capabilities globally, WPP Production will continue to prioritise local expertise and cultural relevance, ensuring content resonates authentically in every market. By combining global scale with advanced AI capabilities and integrated production workflows, WPP is positioning itself as a strategic partner for brands seeking sustained growth in the content-driven AI era.
