Quantcast appoints Rebecca Rosborough as chief marketing officer

3rd March 2026 – Quantcast, the leading AI-powered adtech platform, has appointed Rebecca Rosborough as chief marketing officer
In her new role, Rebecca will oversee Quantcast’s global brand and communications, while supporting the company’s strategic priorities and next stage of growth.

Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience driving marketing strategy, building brands, and leading high-performing teams across the US and international markets. She spent five years as CMO at Teads followed by another five years as CMO and executive board member at MiQ, developing deep expertise in programmatic advertising and global marketing strategy. More recently, she has led marketing at SaaS brands including Orange Logic and Frontify.

Rebecca’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Quantcast, as the company continues to expand and evolve its AI-driven adtech platform. With 91% of US advertising agencies using or exploring generative AI and around 85% in Europe, Quantcast’s AI-powered capabilities are at the forefront of this shift. Having launched the world’s first machine learning audience measurement tool in 2006, Rebecca will play a pivotal role in not just retaining but growing Quantcast’s market share in the programmatic space.

Konrad Feldman, CEO of Quantcast, commented: “Rebecca brings a wealth of experience across global markets and a deep understanding of the adtech ecosystem. Her knowledge base sits perfectly at the intersection between programmatic adtech and the inner workings of SaaS delivery, which is exactly where the Quantcast brand sits. It quickly became apparent that she’s perfectly positioned to help drive Quantcast’s next phase of growth over the coming year and I’m confident we’ll reap the rewards now she’s part of the team.”

Rebecca Rosborough, CMO of Quantcast, said: “Advertisers don’t need more tools – they need measurable outcomes. Quantcast’s differentiated, AI-driven platform has delivered on that promise from day one. It brings intelligence and scale together to drive real performance, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next.

“Beyond the technology, the people and culture stood out immediately. The team is deeply smart, collaborative, and I’m looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and building alongside them.”
