Nigeria: MultiChoice Nigeria Begins 2024 ‘Step Up’ Promo for DStv, GOtv Customers

MultiChoice Nigeria, a leading pay-TV company, has announced the commencement of its yearly popular ‘Step Up’ promo for DStv and GOtv customers.

The company revealed this in a media release on its website recently, it stated that the promo will run from January 15 to March 31 and allow customers to pay less for world-class entertainment content at no additional cost.

According to the release, the Step Up attests to the company’s commitment to always give the best entertainment to its customers. This annual window allows its customers to access high-quality content on higher packages.

It further explained that DStv and GOtv customers who upgrade or reconnect to the next higher package will get a further boost to a higher package within 48 hours. The offer is open to new and active customers, while disconnected customers can also reconnect and benefit from the offer.

Multichoice said with Step Up, customers on the DStv Yanga package who upgrade to the Confam package would get boosted access to the Compact package, saying those on the Compact package who renew on Compact Plus will get boosted to experience DStv Premium.

Part of the release reads, “On the GOtv platform, customers who upgrade from Jolli to Max, will automatically get boosted to the Supa package, while those who upgrade to Supa, will be upgraded to Supa +.

“Upgraded customers will enjoy world-class sporting action such as AFCON, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup. Also available is an array of Africa Magic original drama series, shows, international movies, series, telenovelas, music shows, news and kids’ entertainment.

“In celebration of Africa Magic @20, the last few months have been exciting to customers on the DStv Compact and GOtv Supa+ packages, as they benefited from the tier-down offer which allowed them to view our premium AM Showcase channel. The tier down has ended, and the Step Up offer is a great opportunity for customers to get more value,” it concluded.
