At the helm of Brands Optimal since its inception in 2010, Otis Ojeikhoa’s leadership has been nothing short of revolutionary. Before formally launching operations in 2015, he has pushed boundaries since the agency’s inception in 2010. Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey with Brands Optimal, Otis honed his skills through various senior management positions for nine years. Notably, he served as the Country Sales Manager at Kodak Near East in Dubai from 2002 to 2006, and later as the Retail Development Director for Exp Nigeria from 2006 to 2007. His tenure as the Managing Director at Brand Footprint from 2009 to 2014 showcased his strategic vision and marked the prelude to his trailblazing career in experiential marketing.

Throughout his illustrious career, the astute practitioner has masterminded and executed successful brand-building campaigns for leading companies such as P&G, Airtel, Cadbury, La Casera, SABMiller, PernodRicard, Diageo, Coca-Cola, Reckitt, and Guinness. His hands-on approach, from strategy to execution, has garnered the admiration of the industry and clients alike.

Otis Ojeikhoa’s stellar career has been punctuated by a constellation of accolades, marking him as the Experiential Marketing Person of The Year, an accolade bestowed on him during the 2023 Marketing World Awards held recently in Nairobi, Kenya.  In 2021 and 2023, he received the Outstanding Experiential Marketing Personality of the Decade award from MARKETING EDGE, a testament to his enduring excellence. He also emerged as the Experiential Marketing Personality of the Decade and Most Outstanding Experiential Marketing CEO of the Year at the recently held Brandcom Awards 2023 by Brand Communicator.

Similarly, in 2022, Otis emerged winner of the Guild of Photojournalists in Nigeria’s Outstanding Experiential Marketing Personality of the Year.

Internationally, Otis secured the Business Excellence Award at the Voice Achievers Award 2022 in Banjul, Gambia.

Under his guidance, Brands Optimal achieved the prestigious Experiential Marketing Agency of the Year whilst the agency’s team was honored with Experiential Marketing Agency Team of the Year 2023, at the 2023 Marketing World Awards held in Nairobi, Kenya solidifying its position as an industry leader.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in the UK and served as the General Secretary of Experiential Marketing Association of Nigeria (EXMAN) from 2011 to 2015.
