Fashogbon path to Transcorp Power has been defined by a dynamic career spanning several high-impact roles across leading organizations. At Dataleum, she served as Programs and Partnership Manager, where she played a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic collaborations that ensured the delivery of high-quality training programs, empowering the next generation of tech talent in Nigeria.

Her journey continued at Quidax, one of Africa’s prominent cryptocurrency exchanges, where she managed communications in a fast-paced, digital-first, and highly regulated market. This role sharpened her expertise in navigating the complexities of fintech communications.

At Cavista Holdings, Fashogbon oversaw marketing, public relations, and communications across a broad portfolio that included technology, agriculture, hospitality, and fintech. Her ability to adapt and lead in diverse sectors underscored her versatility and strategic brand-building acumen.

She also played transformative roles at JAC Motors Nigeria and Green Africa, leading digital rebranding initiatives and executing high-profile product launches. Her efforts notably doubled brand inquiries for JAC Motors and successfully positioned Green Africa’s brand during its critical early growth phase.

Earlier in her career, at Noah’s Ark Communications, she developed and executed communications strategies for blue-chip clients such as Airtel, Three Crowns, Nokia, Maltina, Maggi, and Nestlé.
