His responsibilities also included designing joint business plans with clients and managing key account performance across markets.
Foundations in Banking and Marketing
Ngaiza’s earlier career included marketing and sales roles within Tanzania’s financial services sector. At UBA Tanzania Ltd, he worked as a Marketing Specialist, contributing to brand campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. He also served as a Sales Executive at Tanzania Women’s Bank Plc, where he developed experience in customer acquisition, product promotion, and relationship management—skills that would later support his entrepreneurial journey.
