‎Rowlands began her career as a Media Planner at Bates Wells, where she developed the analytical and strategic foundations that would shape her professional path. Early exposure to campaign planning and audience targeting gave her a deep understanding of how media strategies influence brand growth and consumer engagement.

‎Expanding Expertise across Global Agencies

‎She later expanded her experience through roles within major international networks, including Ogilvy and DDB. At DDB, Rowlands served as Media Director, sharpening her leadership skills while overseeing integrated campaigns and strengthening client relationships. These positions allowed her to develop a comprehensive understanding of the advertising ecosystem, from creative strategy to media execution.

‎Entrepreneurial Vision with Posterscope

‎Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, Rowlands went on to become CEO and Founder of Posterscope, a specialist out-of-home media agency. Under her leadership, the company established a reputation for innovation in outdoor advertising and audience engagement, helping brands connect with consumers in public spaces through creative and data-driven media placements.

Strategic Investments and Partnerships

Rowlands’ influence also extends into the investment and advisory space. As a shareholder in Nota Bene, she has supported initiatives that promote strategic communications and corporate reputation management, further broadening her impact across the marketing and media landscape.
