Idemudia Dima-Okojie leads marketing efforts across West Africa as the Marketing Director at Mastercard. His forward-thinking approach drives innovative campaigns that boost brand awareness while advancing financial inclusion throughout the region.

Bringing a diverse background from telecommunications, logistics, and technology sectors, he combines deep expertise in marketing strategy, brand development, and digital transformation to fuel Mastercard’s growth and impact in West Africa.

Previously, Idemudia led marketing and communications for DHL Africa in West Africa, where he crafted impactful campaigns that strengthened brand presence in Nigeria. His tenure as Country Marketing Manager at UPS honed his ability to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives, while his role as Director of Content Value Chain at Huawei showcased his knack for leveraging content to enhance customer engagement.

Idemudia also spearheaded regional growth as Country Manager for WeChat Africa, overseeing operations in Nigeria and Ghana, and drove product innovation at Airtel Nigeria as Head of New Product Development.

His early career included pivotal roles at Rancard and Internet Solutions as a Product Manager, where he developed expertise in cloud, communications, and digital marketing. At Airtel Nigeria, he progressed through roles such as Data Services Manager, Devices Manager, and Specialist in Product Innovation, consistently delivering strategies that boosted market share and customer loyalty.

His contributions to MTN Music+ and MTN Comedy+ services further highlight his versatility in blending technology with consumer-focused marketing.
