Leading a hybrid team, Osato leverages deep expertise in strategic thinking, portfolio management, and market analysis to elevate the brand’s presence, delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with discerning audiences.

Osato’s career spans transformative roles across global industry leaders. At Diageo, as Marketing Manager for International Premium Spirits & Reserve Brands in Lagos, Osato spearheaded strategies for premium spirits, utilizing data-driven marketing and consumer behavior insights to strengthen brand positioning. This role honed skills in agile methodologies and business acumen, ensuring robust market penetration.

Osato’s extensive tenure at Unilever, spanning over a decade, solidified a reputation for innovative brand leadership across diverse categories. As Marketing Manager and Business Lead for Oral Care and Skin Care, Osato drove portfolio growth through strategic campaigns and agile project management.

Previously, as Marketing Manager for Skin Cleansing in West and East Africa, Osato implemented data-driven strategies to enhance brand equity for flagship products like Lux and Lifebuoy. Other roles included managing mainstream soap brands and leading the Beauty Platform for Lux and Dove across Africa, consistently delivering market share growth through targeted marketing communications.

Osato’s early Unilever roles included launching the Sunlight dishwashing category in Nigeria as Category Marketing Manager for Household Care and overseeing operational brand management for Vaseline and Pears baby range.

As Brand Development Assistant Manager in South Africa, Osato contributed to Vaseline’s innovation strategy across Central and East Africa. Starting as an Assistant Category Manager for Oral Care, Osato supported Unilever Nigeria’s toothpaste portfolio, laying the groundwork for a career marked by leadership and strategic foresight.

Before Unilever, Osato served as a Recruitment, Learning, and Talent Specialist and began as a Human Capital Analyst at Akintola Williams Deloitte, building a foundation in organizational dynamics. With a proven track record in brand development, agile leadership, and consumer-centric strategies, Osato continues to shape Moët Hennessy’s success in Nigeria’s luxury market.
