Ghana: Republic Bank Launches Dual Campaign to Enhance Homeownership and Holiday Financing

Republic Bank has unveiled two initiatives aimed at making homeownership more accessible and providing financial support during the festive season. The bank announced a limited-time offer on mortgage rates, valid until December 31, 2024, allowing prospective homeowners to secure their dream homes at significantly reduced rates.

In a recent press release, Republic Bank emphasized its commitment to innovative, customer-centered financial solutions tailored to the needs of Ghanaians. “At Republic Bank, we understand that homeownership is a major life milestone, and we are excited to offer the lowest mortgage interest rate to ensure that many more Ghanaians can achieve this dream,” stated Benjamin Dzoboku, Managing Director of Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC. He encouraged potential buyers and those looking to refinance to take advantage of this exceptional opportunity before the year ends.

In addition to the mortgage campaign, Republic Bank has launched its highly anticipated Christmas Loan Sale. This seasonal promotion offers competitive interest rates on personal loans and loans for small and medium enterprises (SMEs), designed to meet the financial needs of customers as they prepare for the Yuletide and plan for the new year.

“This promotion is perfectly timed for customers looking to finance personal projects or grow their businesses,” the release noted. With tailored loan solutions, Republic Bank continues to deliver on its promise of providing a comprehensive range of financial products that cater to diverse customer needs.

Mr. Dzoboku urged prospective homeowners and customers interested in personal or SME loans to reach out to the bank nationwide or utilize its digital channels to learn more about these exclusive offers.
