Stellantis has appointed Arnaud Belloni as Chief Executive Officer of the FIAT, Abarth and Lancia brands and as Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, as part of its Fastlane 2030 strategic growth plan.
In the dual role, Belloni will lead the commercial and brand development of FIAT, Abarth and Lancia while overseeing marketing strategy across Stellantis’ European operations. He will report to Emanuele Cappellano, Chief Operating Officer for Enlarged Europe, one of the company’s six primary global regions.
The appointment marks Belloni’s return to Stellantis after several years away. He previously held senior marketing and brand leadership positions within the group, including roles focused on Citroën and the wider Fiat Chrysler portfolio across Asia Pacific.
Emanuele Cappellano welcomed the appointment, saying: “We are delighted to welcome Arnaud back to Stellantis. His global perspective, creative leadership and deep knowledge of our brands will be invaluable assets, as we strengthen marketing across Europe and shape the next chapter for FIAT, Abarth and Lancia.”

Belloni brings extensive experience in automotive marketing, branding and commercial leadership. At Renault Group he most recently served as Global Chief Marketing Officer and later as Chief Branding Officer for all brands.
During his tenure he led major brand repositioning efforts, oversaw the successful launches of multiple models including the Twingo, Clio, R4, R5, Rafale, Scenic and Austral, and introduced new sub-brands such as E-Tech and Renew.
He also drove innovative marketing approaches, including concept cars, experiential retail concepts, motorshow strategies and cultural initiatives that strengthened brand legacy and consumer engagement while significantly reducing marketing costs.
Earlier in his career at Stellantis and its predecessor companies, Belloni served as Global Chief Marketing Officer and Communication & Sport lead for Citroën, where the brand achieved consecutive years of sales growth in Europe and strong market positions in light commercial vehicles.
He also held the role of Asia Pacific Vice President of Marketing for all Fiat Chrysler brands, covering Jeep, Chrysler, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth, Dodge and SRT across key markets in the region. Prior to that, he led Lancia in France and held marketing and product roles at Volkswagen Group France with Škoda, as well as earlier positions at Renault.
