LHH elevates Bethany Holloway to Global Head of Field Marketing

Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) has promoted Bethany Holloway, formerly the company’s Head of Marketing for North America, to a role as Global Head of Field Marketing.

Bethany Holloway, Global Head of Field Marketing at LHH, will lead country marketing teams globally for The Adecco Group’s talent solutions brand. This new role, Bethany says, will involve her expanding her remit from North America to lead country marketing teams globally – with the company operating in more than 60 countries.

“I believe the best marketing happens close to the business – close to clients, close to sales and close to the markets where growth actually happens,” she wrote on LinkedIn. “So, I’m excited to remain…close.”

Bethany first joined LHH in February 2025 as the Head of Marketing for North America where she led field marketing across the United States and Canada for LHH, which involved owning regional marketing strategy, demand generation, brand activation, thought leadership, events, communications, sales enablement and marketing operations.

During this time, she delivered US$57.5m in marketing-generated and influenced revenue on a US$2m investment, while helping reposition the company’s North America marketing to be a more strategic, data-driven partner for sales and business leadership.

“Over the past year and a half, I’ve had the opportunity to work with an exceptional North America team and see firsthand what happens when marketing operates with commercial focus, speed, creativity and a healthy obsession with results,” she said. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together.”

Prior to joining LHH, she spent more than seven years at EY – first joining the company as an Assistant Director for Markets Enablement and Strategy, providing strategic and tactical deployment support for go-to-market initiatives within EY’s Tax Service Line.

She left the company as an Associate Director, leading global go-to-market, brand, thought leadership and integrated campaigns for the company’s Organization and People business. Before that, she spent nine and a half years at Willis Towers Watson, and three and a half years at Thompson & Knight LLP.

Having first taken on the CMO role at LHH in 2023, Melanie has led the marketing function through significant change, including the launch of a new brand vision.

In 2025, the company unveiled its ‘A Beautiful Working World’ brand platform, which was designed to unify the company’s five business units of recruitment solutions, leadership development and coaching, upskilling and reskilling, career transition and mobility and HR and talent advisory under one vision.

The company explained that the platform is designed to reinforce LHH mission to support people and organizations across the journey of hiring, upskilling and developing talent.

Can work really be beautiful? For us, that was never a marketing idea – it’s part of who we are,” Melanie said of the campaign on LinkedIn. “Because work isn’t always easy. And it’s rarely beautiful in the ways people expect. But when people are supported through change, it becomes more human, more meaningful, more connected.”

Microsoft works closely with LHH to drive workforce transformation through digital initiatives globally.
The collaboration combines advanced cloud platforms and AI tools to help modernize talent mobility solutions. Through this partnership, the two companies look to support professionals with essential skills needed for continuously shifting job markets.

Functioning as one of LHH’s key tech upskilling partners, General Assembly delivers digital training alongside LHH’s core career services. By combining technical bootcamps with executive coaching, the partnership effectively bridges critical software, data and product management skills gaps within modern organizations facing rapid disruption.

Enterprise software leader Salesforce serves as both a major technology integration partner for LHH’s outplacement framework, with Salesforce partnering with LHH parent company The Adecco Group.

With cloud customer relationship management systems, LHH uses candidate tracking platforms while supporting enterprise workforce restructures. The alliance ensures displaced technology professionals gain structured access to ecosystem certification tracks, empowering individuals to rapidly re-enter high-demand cloud operations and consulting roles globally.

Collaborating on large-scale talent development, Amazon Web Services partners with LHH to accelerate cloud literacy across enterprises. The joint initiative connects displaced talent directly to specialized cloud training pathways, mitigating severe tech talent shortages.
