Chain Reactions Africa has strengthened its digital leadership team with the appointment of Peter Adesanya as Associate Director, Digital & Growth Marketing, reinforcing the agency’s commitment to data-driven growth, digital transformation, and performance marketing excellence.
Adesanya’s appointment marks a significant milestone in a career spanning more than a decade across digital strategy, media planning, brand communications, consumer engagement, and growth marketing. In his new role, he will spearhead digital and growth marketing initiatives across multiple industries, helping brands navigate evolving consumer behavior, emerging technologies, performance marketing demands, and rapidly changing digital platforms.
Announcing the move via LinkedIn, Adesanya expressed excitement about joining the agency’s leadership team and contributing to its next phase of growth.
“I’m excited to start a new role as Associate Director, Digital & Growth Marketing at Chain Reactions Africa,” he stated, while appreciating Franklin Ozekhome, Ovie Henry Eguridu, Ayoola Ogunyomi, and Chief Visioneer Israel Opayemi for their support during his transition.
The appointment further bolsters Chain Reactions Africa’s digital capabilities with a strategist widely recognized for blending storytelling, audience intelligence, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Chain Reactions Africa, Adesanya served as Group Head of Strategy at The RedWolf Company, where he led strategic planning and digital innovation initiatives. His career also includes key roles at All Seasons Zenith and Lilvera Group, where he managed digital campaigns and communications programs for both local and international brands.

Over the years, he has worked with leading organizations including Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nestlé, and Arla, delivering impactful campaigns across technology and FMCG sectors.
Beyond campaign execution, Adesanya is respected for his thought leadership on digital culture, content evolution, and emerging technologies. He has consistently advocated that long-term success in the digital economy requires discipline, innovation, consistency, and continuous adaptation rather than imitation.
Academically, he holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Calabar, a Mini MBA in Business Management from the International Business Management Institute, and an MBA in Enabling E-commerce from Nexford University.
He is also a member of the Association of Digital Marketing Professionals, an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Administration and the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria, and previously served as a juror in the Young LAIFERS category at the LAIF Awards 2024 and LAIF Awards 2025.
