Seven Bucks Companies, the multifaceted business empire founded by global superstar Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, has named industry veteran Cara Robinson as its inaugural Chief Brand Officer, the company announced today.
In her new executive role, Robinson will lead growth initiatives, brand strategy, and creative direction for Seven Bucks’ expanding portfolio. This includes premium tequila brand Teremana, men’s grooming line Papatui (which expanded into fragrance in 2025), energy drink Zoa, and Project Rock, the performance apparel collaboration with Under Armour.
Robinson brings over 25 years of high-impact leadership in consumer packaged goods (CPG) and beauty. Most recently, she served as CEO of Beauty and Wellbeing for Unilever North America, where she managed a $2 billion portfolio encompassing iconic brands such as Dove, SheaMoisture, and Vaseline. Prior to that, she was CEO of SheaMoisture, guiding the brand through significant growth phases. Her career also features senior roles at Clinique, Nars Cosmetics, Neutrogena, and Johnson & Johnson, spanning commercial, marketing, and operational expertise.
“Cara brings an exceptional combination of strategic vision, brand-building expertise, and proven leadership to Seven Bucks,” Johnson said in a statement. “Her track record of transforming iconic brands and driving meaningful growth aligns perfectly with our mission to create authentic, innovative content and consumer experiences. I’m thrilled to have her on our team.”

Robinson expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity, highlighting her intent to leverage her CPG background to scale the diverse lineup while preserving the authenticity central to Johnson’s ventures. “I’ll help shape and scale a diverse portfolio of brands, staying true to the authenticity and passion that define everything Seven Bucks creates,” she stated. “Seven Bucks has a culture of fearlessness to conquer new territories, which is very exciting. I can’t wait to get started.”
The appointment comes as Johnson continues to personally champion many campaigns, including recent Papatui promotions. With Robinson on board, Seven Bucks aims to accelerate international expansion, launch innovations, and potentially introduce new brands in 2026.
