Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as new CMO

Accenture has appointed Emma Chalwin as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective 1 October 2026. Chalwin will oversee the company’s global marketing and communications organizations and report directly to Accenture Chair and CEO Julie Sweet.

Chalwin joins Accenture from Workday, where she served as Chief Marketing Officer and was responsible for building the brand and driving customer demand across global markets. Before Workday, she held senior marketing leadership roles at Salesforce, Adobe, McAfee and Macrovision.

With more than 30 years of global marketing leadership experience, Chalwin is recognized for helping organizations translate complex technology innovation into compelling market narratives that strengthen customer engagement, build market relevance and drive sustainable growth during periods of significant business and technology change.
