She began her ascent at Fireworks Advertising (U) Limited as a Senior Account Executive, where she honed the art of bridging client visions with creative execution—preparing briefs, ensuring seamless project turnarounds, and fostering agency-client synergies.

This foundation propelled her to Account Manager roles at Scanad Africa and TBWA\Uganda, where she developed multi-channel communication strategies, led brainstorming sessions, and mined consumer insights through market visits and dipsticks. Her proactive ideas not only grew brands but also secured new business, sharpening her acumen in media liaison, budget management, and campaign measurement against rigorous KPIs.
