Coca-Cola Nigeria Appoints Phoebe Dami-Asolo as Senior Operations Director

Following her stint at India as Director of Franchise Operations for the Coca-Cola Company, Phoebe Dami-Asolo has returned to Nigeria as Senior Operations Director for the Coca-Cola Company, Nigeria.

In her last position, she broke the glass ceiling as the first black woman to occupy such role in the history of Coca-Cola India.

Prior her assignment at India, she was selected as the company’s top talent after exceeding all business deliverables, gaining market share for The Coca-Cola Company Nigeria. She also led an execution project which made Nigeria win the best business performance in Africa, winning the Excellence Cup Awards.

Phoebe served in various capacities at The Coca-Cola Company. She started as Customer Marketing and Commercial Manager- Nigeria, then steadily climbed the corporate ladder to Franchise Operation Director in India.

Before joining the multinational cola brand, she was at Reckitt where she served as Brand Marketing Manager, Dettol- Nigeria and Brand Marketing Manager, All Brands- West Africa.

She was also at Nigerian Breweries where she served in different capacities.

As an alumnus of the Imperial College Business School, University of Manchester and Harvard University, she continues to be an inspiring young talent representing Nigeria on a global stage and is committed to raising young talents in the FMCG industry.

In her spare time, she gives back to society through mentorship, career and general life counselling.
