In his current role as Regional Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication for Anglophone West Africa at UBA Group, he continues to redefine strategic communication and brand engagement across the region.
Before his current position, Nii Dottey served with distinction as the Country Head of Marketing and Corporate Communications at UBA Ghana Limited for nearly five years. In this capacity, he masterminded the execution of comprehensive corporate and brand communication strategies, reinforcing UBA’s stature as a leader in digital and electronic banking.
His strategic acumen and visionary approach to public affairs, stakeholder relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives have left an indelible mark on Ghana’s banking sector.

Nii Dottey’s professional journey is a receipt to his versatility and commitment to excellence. Before joining UBA, he held several pivotal roles at Media General Ghana, where he served as the Group Head of Corporate Affairs and CEO of 3Foundation.
His tenure at Media General also included leadership positions such as Head of News (Online) and Head of News Planning, where he played a crucial role in shaping media narratives and coordinating major national events, including the 2016 elections in Ghana.
