Sibusile Sibusisiwe Sigwane-Dlamini, the Chief Marketing Officer of First National Bank (FNB) Eswatini, is a dynamic force in the financial sector’s marketing landscape.
With a career spanning over a decade, she has cultivated a reputation for strategic brilliance and creative leadership, steering FNB Eswatini’s brand to new heights since assuming her role in May 2025.

Sigwane-Dlamini’s expertise encompasses brand management, crisis communications, influencer marketing, and strategic public relations. Her ability to navigate complex media environments and lead high-performing teams has solidified her as a trusted voice in Eswatini’s financial industry. Before joining FNB, Sigwane-Dlaminispent seven years at Standard Bank Eswatini, rising from Marketing and Communications Manager to Executive Head of Brand & Marketing. There, she honed her skills in activations, communications planning, and internal engagement, driving campaigns that resonated with diverse audiences. Her strategic vision and knack for influencer marketing amplified the bank’s presence, setting a strong foundation for her current role.

Sigwane-Dlamini’s journey began in media, where her vibrant personality shone as a radio personality and voice-over artist. From co-hosting breakfast shows at Swaziland Broadcasting and Information Services (SBIS) to voicing commercials at Duma FM Botswana, she mastered the art of storytelling. Her tenure as an Information Officer at SBIS, where she produced news, documentaries, and current affairs programs, sharpened her ability to craft narratives that captivate and inform.
