Routelink Group Appoints Group Head, Corporate Communications & Marketing

Routelink Group has appointed Kevin Olumese as its Group Head, Corporate Communications and Marketing.

In his new role, Kevin will be leading the marketing and corporate communications activities for the group and its subsidiaries.

Additionally, Kevin will head marketing strategy and execution for the launch and long-term marketing success of Routelink Group’s payments and mobile arms, RoutePay and FestMobile respectively. Kevin will also lead strategies for brand awareness and corporate patronage for Routelink Enterprise Solutions.

Before joining Routelink, Kevin served as the Marketing Manager at Advantage Health Africa, an indigenous health tech company, where he helped with the product design, audience identification and spearheaded the launch of an exciting new healthcare delivery service that revolutionized the healthcare sector for the underserved in Nigeria.

Kevin also worked as Senior Marketing Manager at PalmPay Limited where he led strategies to transform a negative brand perception and increase user acquisition. After 13 months of heading marketing and communications at PalmPay, the brand had gained over 10 million new users on its payment platform and almost 1 million users on social media pages.

With over 11 years’ experience in marketing and communications, Kevin has also successfully led marketing teams in various industries, including roles as Head of Marketing at DealDey (Ecommerce), Marketing Communications and Public Relations Manager at Infinix Nigeria (OEM).

Kevin holds a master’s degree in International Marketing and Management from Robert Gordon University, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from University of Lagos.
