New: PalmPay launches ‘PalmPay Dey For You’ to boost banking accessibility

PalmPay has introduced ‘PalmPay Dey For You,’ a customer-centered campaign designed to reinforce its dedication to offering secure, dependable and accessible banking services to millions of Nigerians.

With growing attention being paid to the safety, stability and reliability of financial institutions, PalmPay is assuring its customers that it remains committed to delivering a trustworthy banking experience, underpinned by robust regulatory oversight, strong security infrastructure and comprehensive customer protection.

At its core, the ‘PalmPay Dey For You’ campaign carries a straightforward message: customers should be able to manage their money with confidence, trusting that the platform they use is built to safeguard their funds and offer support whenever it’s needed.

Central to this experience is PalmPay’s Security Center, which equips customers with tools that give them greater oversight and control over their accounts and transactions.

Among these tools is Location Guard, which lets users designate up to six trusted locations, adding an extra layer of protection against suspicious activity from unfamiliar places. Given ongoing concerns around account compromise among digital finance users, this feature hands customers more control over where their accounts can be accessed from.

PalmPay also offers NightGuard, which delivers added protection during specific time windows, alongside a range of in-app security tools that help customers review and reinforce their account protection.

To support users who lose access to their phones or cards, PalmPay provides fast, USSD-based solutions: accounts can be locked by dialling 86112#, while cards can be locked separately via 8617*5#.

The platform has also enhanced its dispute-resolution process through a dedicated Dispute Page, allowing customers to submit and track transaction disputes directly within the app.

Commenting on the campaign, Chika Nwosu, Managing Director of PalmPay Nigeria, said:
“Trust is fundamental to banking. Customers need to know that the institution they rely on is regulated, secure, dependable, and available when they need it. At PalmPay, protecting our customers and giving them greater control over their banking experience is central to how we operate.”

“PalmPay Dey For You’ reinforces that commitment. We want customers to understand the security tools available to them, use those tools confidently, and know that PalmPay remains a reliable financial partner for their everyday needs.”

The campaign underscores PalmPay’s wider philosophy of security by design — an approach where protection is woven into the customer experience from the outset, rather than added only after an issue arises.

Through educational content, FAQs, customer forums and product-focused communication, ‘PalmPay Dey For You’ will offer practical guidance on account security, fraud prevention and the steps customers can take to better protect themselves.

Backed by regulatory oversight, an expanding suite of customer-protection tools and the confidence of millions of users, PalmPay remains committed to offering Nigerians a banking experience they can rely on. For PalmPay, the underlying message is clear: convenience, value and security must go hand in hand.
