Ghana: First Bank Ghana relaunches its Kasoa branch

First Bank Ghana has relaunched its Kasoa branch, signifying a renewed commitment to excellence and satisfaction in serving the local community. The Managing Director (MD), Victor Yaw Asante, emphasized the bank’s dedication to providing world-class banking services and enhancing financial inclusion to empower Ghanaians.

“We know that first and foremost, this branch will act as an economic catalyst for the local communities around Kasoa. It will provide financing options for small businesses, which are often considered the backbone of local economies,” he revealed.

“Moreover, this refurbished Kasoa branch will provide opportunities for face-to-face service that the First Bank brand is reputed for to our customers and prospects with the various professionals stationed here, something that modern-day digital banking cannot deliver,” he added.

The remodeled Kasoa branch now offers improved services and facilities, including payment options through the Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS) and international remittances. “Aside from our channels and other products, our collections platform presents you, our valued clients, and customers with options to pay government services, school fees, and others.

The Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS) offering is available to provide solutions to current and potential customers so that sending and receiving money to and from various parts of the African continent is assured. We aim to create a banking environment that fosters growth, convenience, and accessibility for all our customers and prospects in Kasoa and its neighboring communities,” he mentioned.

Mr. Asante reaffirmed First Bank’s dedication to fostering a banking environment that supports growth, accessibility, and convenience for all clients in Kasoa and its neighboring areas. “Our promise to always deliver the ultimate gold standard of value and excellence remains the same. It is a good time to demonstrate that we are here for you, and committed to you, our stakeholders. This is how we differentiate our brand and that is what we mean when we say “You First.” He also said “Over the last few years, we have seen a number of businesses established here to meet the growing needs of the fast-growing human population. Quite a number of the businesses here happen to be Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and we are here to assist them and all other customer segments”.
