Fabusoro joins CIG Group as Marketing Director

CIG Group has announced the appointment of Adeleye Fabusoro as its new Group Marketing and Corporate Communication Director.

In this strategic role, Fabusoro will lead marketing, public relations, and corporate communication initiatives across the group’s diverse portfolio, which includes GAC Motors, Lagride, Wulling, Lontor, and Gree. He will oversee all marketing efforts across the conglomerate’s multiple business units.

CIG Group, a leading conglomerate with a presence across various industries, is renowned for its commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence, consistently delivering premium brands and services to a global audience.

Adeleye Fabusoro brings extensive industry experience and a proven track record of success in high-profile positions. Prior to joining CIG Group, he served as Head of West Africa for CNBC and Forbes Africa, where he played a key role in strengthening the brands’ regional influence and presence. His tenure as Head of Development and Production at Dentsu Storylab further solidified his expertise in strategic marketing and leadership.

In addition to his corporate experience, Fabusoro has worked as a UN consultant, collaborating across 18 African countries to deliver innovative solutions and promote sustainable growth initiatives. His early career in the banking sector equipped him with a broad skill set and a deep understanding of business operations.

Commenting on the appointment, a spokesperson for CIG Group highlighted Fabusoro’s exceptional leadership and multifaceted expertise, expressing confidence in his ability to drive the group’s marketing and communication strategies to new heights.

Fabusoro’s appointment is expected to reinforce CIG Group’s position as a market leader while enhancing brand visibility and fostering greater engagement across its various business units.
