Bayobab appoints Nour Alkhatib as new GM, of Customer Success

MTN Digital Infrastructure, the parent company of Bayobab, has appointed Nour Alkhatib as General Manager: Customer Success, effective 1 September 2026.

Alkhatib brings extensive experience across the telecommunications value chain, spanning marketing, communications, category management, customer experience and commercial strategy.

Her career has covered markets in Africa and the Middle East, with senior leadership roles across MTN Group, MENA and SEA operations, where she has consistently delivered strong commercial, brand and customer outcomes.

Since joining MTN, she has played a key role in shaping brand and commercial strategy. As Principal: Marketing & Media Category at MTN Group GSSC in Dubai, she led media and marketing sourcing across more than 20 markets, advising on high-impact investments, supplier performance, governance and cost efficiency.

She previously led the rollout of MTN’s corporate identity across multiple markets, strengthening the Group’s brand position and contributing to major Group initiatives, including CHASE and the Pro-Customer programme.

A graduate of the MTN Rising Leader Programme, her team also won the 2025 Best Innovative Project Award.

Alkhatib holds a Mini MBA from Informa Telecoms & Media and a Bachelor’s degree in Media from Damascus University.
The CEO of MTN Digital Infrastructure welcomed the appointment, saying:
