FNB appoints Linda Kachingwe-Sisya as new CMO

First National Bank (FNB) has named Linda Kachingwe-Sisya as its new Chief Marketing Officer, succeeding Faye Mfikwe who served in the role for an impressive 19 years.

Kachingwe-Sisya, an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in both fast-moving consumer goods and financial services, will oversee the bank’s brand strategy, marketing, and corporate affairs as FNB embarks on its next phase of growth.

In her new role, she will focus on strengthening the bank’s market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring the FNB brand remains relevant to the evolving needs of its retail and business customers.

Prior to this appointment, Kachingwe-Sisya served in the group’s Broader Africa and International division, where she led marketing and communications efforts across the African continent and key international markets, including the United Kingdom, United States, India, and China.

FNB CEO Lytania Johnson described the appointment as a reflection of the bank’s robust internal talent pipeline and commitment to seamless leadership transitions.
