First Klass Shipping Specialist Ltd. Launches Cutting-Edge Warehouse and Staff Residence

In a grand ceremony on Saturday, December 28th, First Klass Shipping Specialist Ltd. celebrated a pivotal moment with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art warehouse and staff residence in Kubease, near Kumasi. The event was a testament to the company’s relentless pursuit of innovation and growth.

The celebration saw a gathering of distinguished guests including traditional leaders, clergy, business luminaries, and media representatives, all honoring the company’s journey and achievements.

During the event, First Klass Shipping took pride in recognizing and rewarding the exceptional contributions of its dedicated managers and staff, reinforcing their commitment to excellence.

In his inspiring keynote speech, CEO Michael Obeng expressed profound gratitude to all attendees, especially acknowledging the royal hosts, the local community, and the entire team at First Klass Shipping.

“This facility is more than just a building—it symbolizes the culmination of hard work, a shared vision, and an unwavering commitment to growth and excellence,”Obeng remarked.

Established in 2013 in the UK as a family-owned business, First Klass Shipping has grown into a renowned name in Ghana, operating under the brand World Klass Shipping Specialist.

The company has transformed the shipping experience with its seamless door-to-door delivery service from the UK to Ghana, offering unparalleled speed, safety, and cost efficiency.

The launch of their first ultra-modern warehouse in Accra in December 2021 marked a significant milestone, and the new Kumasi facility further cements their commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

CEO Michael Obeng highlighted the company’s strong focus on community engagement through impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives, such as the construction of an ultra-modern public toilet facility in Atwedie, and ongoing support for orphanages.

The Kumasi facility is designed to not only enhance customer experience but also streamline the company’s operations.

Mr. Obeng took a moment to extend heartfelt thanks to all those who contributed to this remarkable project. “To our construction team, our landlord Nana, our incredible staff, and our loyal customers—thank you for your unwavering support. Together, we will achieve even greater things,” he stated.

As the ribbon was cut, it marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter for First Klass Shipping.

“This milestone inspires us to embrace future opportunities with confidence and determination,” concluded the CEO, extending warm wishes for a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

With the new Kumasi facility, First Klass Shipping solidifies its position as the fastest-growing shipping company connecting the UK and Ghana, continuing to lead through innovation, community engagement, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
