Boost Drinks Expands Energy Range with New 500ml Format

Boost Drinks is set to shake up the market with the launch of a new 500ml format for its Energy range, available in Original, Sugar Free Original, and Red Berry varieties. Each variety is priced at £1, making it an attractive option for consumers and retailers alike.

The decision to launch these three flavors stems from their status as the best-sellers in Boost’s 250ml range, according to sales data. Currently, the 500ml drinks size is leading the category, valued at £745 million and growing at an annual rate of 13%. Boost Drinks is already the third-largest brand in energy stimulation.

Adrian Hipkiss, Commercial Director at Boost Drinks, expressed excitement about the new offering: “Expanding our successful 250ml energy range with a 500ml format is a significant moment for us. We’ve seen a strong trend in consumer demand for larger, on-the-go formats, and the 500ml size is experiencing substantial growth. Launching our iconic Original flavour, alongside Sugar Free and Red Berry, is not only great for consumers but also beneficial for retailers who can expect increased profits.”

Boost Drinks remains committed to innovation and excellence within the soft drinks category, looking forward to seeing the new cans roll out across wholesale and convenience channels.
