Ghana: Amansie Rural Bank unveils new corporate cloth, maintains corporate image and brand awareness

One of the foremost formidable Rural Banks in the Ashanti Region, Amansie Rural Bank PLC, which is situated at Antoakrom in the Amansie district has unveiled a new corporate cloth.

The new corporate cloth, according to management, is a consistent move to maintain the bank’s corporate image and brand awareness.

The bank’s CEO, Frederick Kwakye Kyei, emphasized that introducing the new cloth is part of the bank’s rebranding agenda as well as reform approaches to meet current marketing trends in the banking industry.

According to him, healthy competition in the banking industry is bringing some form of innovative strategies, and the bank has a responsibility to make a conscious effort to meet the prevailing standards.

Amansie Rural Bank PLC has recorded consistent growth in its indicators over the years and has operated very efficiently and profitably, and is currently among the best-performing rural banks in Ghana.

Amansie Rural Bank continues to receive recognition and positive acknowledgement for its dedication to service quality, transparency, growth of businesses and visible enhancement of livelihoods.

The bank in October 2022 rebranded and changed its corporate name, colours and identity – hence the introduction of a new corporate cloth to enhance some portions of its corporate image

The bank’s CEO has explained that the purpose of this new corporate identity is to enable the bank to build a consistent brand for its stakeholders and the public across all the localities in which it operates, and ultimately for improved service quality with innovative products

The new corporate identity is serving as a resource that will enable all the bank’s stakeholders to communicate consistently and maintain the corporate brand integrity.

This, according to him, will help to reinforce the brand promise and its identity in the minds of customers and those of prospective ones.

The CEO has further reiterated that management will continue to seek ways of strengthening and developing the banks’ operations to maintain the confidence that customers and shareholders have it.

The bank’s business model, according to the CEO, is still tailored for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises; and will push for more market penetration as they develop new and innovative products and trusted relationships with its clients.

According to him, the bank will continue to see its strength in the area of managing credit needs of small and medium enterprises, as well as continuing to improve upon support the bank offers to this sector of the economy.

Amansie Rural Bank PLC recorded profit before tax of GH¢5.8million in 2021 year under as against a little over GH¢5million in the previous year with deposit growing from GH¢159.6million to GH¢176.2million in the 2021 year under review.
