Three Crowns launches 2025 “Mum of the Year” campaign

Three Crowns Milk, Nigeria’s leading milk brand under FrieslandCampina WAMCO, has launched its 2025 Mum of the Year campaign, a heartfelt initiative to recognize the vital role of mothers in nurturing families and promoting healthy nutrition.

The annual competition, themed “Reward Your Treasure,” celebrates exceptional mothers with an all-expense-paid getaway to Zanzibar, Tanzania.

Marketing Manager Chioma Otisi-Igwe emphasized the campaign’s essence, stating, “Mothers are the emotional and structural pillars of every household. Their strength and well-being are crucial for family stability.

This campaign goes beyond nourishment, celebrating their love and resilience while supporting their heart to keep families thriving.”

The competition invites families to nominate mothers who embody Three Crowns’ values—fitness, intelligence, fun, and love—by submitting a creative note using the letters “MUM” to describe their unique qualities.

Entries, accompanied by empty Three Crowns Milk packs (six 150g evaporated milk tins, three 12g sachet rolls, or two 320g refill pouches), can be submitted online at www.threecrowns.com.ng or at designated collection centers. The top 50 entries, selected for creativity and heartfelt expression, will advance to a shortlist, with six finalists competing in a grand finale to determine the three winners.

Each winner will receive a Zanzibar trip for themselves and two family members, plus a year’s supply of Three Crowns Milk. Consolation prizes include kitchen appliances and milk products.

Senior Brand Manager Adesanjo Oyejide highlighted the campaign’s broader impact: “This is more than a competition; it’s a celebration of motherhood. We’re rewarding mothers with experiences they can share with their families, recognizing their selfless contributions.”
