Nigerian Breweries reaffirms customer commitment

Nigerian Breweries Plc, the nation’s leading brewing company, underscored its commitment to customer satisfaction and stakeholder collaboration during a special tour of its Lagos Brewery, held as part of the 2025 Customer Service Week celebrations.

The event offered customers a rare glimpse into the company’s state-of-the-art production processes and its robust sustainability initiatives, reinforcing its reputation as a customer-centric leader in Nigeria’s manufacturing sector.

Uzodinma Odenigbo, Corporate Affairs Director at Nigerian Breweries, welcomed attendees and expressed deep appreciation for their loyalty and partnership. “At Nigerian Breweries, our mission goes beyond crafting high-quality beverages—it’s about creating shared value for our consumers, communities, and partners,” Odenigbo said.

He emphasized that the company’s long-term success hinges on fostering trust-based relationships and a shared commitment to excellence. Odenigbo also highlighted Nigerian Breweries’ ongoing investments in innovation and sustainability, positioning the company as a responsible corporate citizen driving Nigeria’s socio-economic progress.

The tour showcased the brewery’s operations, with Félix Ofolue, representing Brewery Manager Nduka Nnabuihe, reaffirming the company’s dedication to service excellence. “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do,” Ofolue stated. “With over 79 years of legacy, our extensive distribution network—comprising key distributors, sub-distributors, and retailers—ensures our products reach consumers reliably. We’re committed to learning, growing, and serving alongside our customers as we aim for a century of success.”
