Nigeria: Access Bank Plc Rewards Customers in Regional DiamondXtra Awoof Draws

Access Bank Plc has rewarded its customers with millions of naira in the just concluded DiamondXtra Awoof Season 15 Regional Draws held across the country over the weekend.

In the Southeast, a female customer, Ijeoma Salomi Madubueze, received a N1 million reward, while 154 others in the same zone received different financial rewards.

50 winners went home with N5,000 each, 45 people won N10,000 each, 20 people won N15,000, 4 people won N50,000 each with Ijeoma smiling to the bank with N1 million.

In North Central, over 115 customers in Jos were rewarded with the sum of N2.2m to appreciate them and encourage them to continue to do business with the bank.

According to the company, DiamondXtra draw is an annual reward scheme introduced 15 years ago and has so far rewarded over 26,000 customers with N6.38 billion.

Regional Director of Access Bank, Emeka Uzowuru, represented by the Regional Manager, Nasiru Adeiza, commended the customers for their support over the years.

He said the DiamondXtra reward scheme had been a cornerstone of Access Bank’s commitment to showing appreciation to its loyal customers each year. The initiative has achieved incredible milestones that have impacted positively on customers.

Adeiza said, “Our steadfast commitment to innovation and excellence has been the cornerstone of our triumph. To date, we have rewarded more than 26,000 customers with an astounding sum of over N6.38 billion, a testament to the true value of this scheme. Despite challenges and attempts by competitors to imitate our rewards scheme, DiamondXtra remains unrivalled in the industry. Our dedication to offering the best reward scheme is strengthened each passing year”.

The Team Lead, Customer Liability, Olarenwaju Adetula, assured customers around the country that the scheme would get to them as the team was going around the country to reward customers.

“We are encouraging customers to keep saving with us as we are showing goodwill and giving back to customers in appreciation; a lot of our customers have testified to our benevolence and how it has changed their lives,” he said.
