Having previously served as Executive Head of Strategic Marketing and Communication within the bank, he brings strong institutional knowledge and continuity to the role. Before joining FNB Zambia, Kaingu held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. At MultiChoice Group, she served as Regional Head of Marketing & Sales for Southern Africa, where he drove regional growth strategies and strengthened market presence. His earlier role as Head of Marketing at Zoona further reinforced her expertise in customer acquisition, brand positioning, and market expansion within emerging financial ecosystems.

Building Expertise in Telecoms and Technology

Kaingu’s career foundation was built within the telecommunications and technology sectors, where she developed strong capabilities in product innovation and customer segmentation. At Vodafone Zambia and MTN Zambia, she led initiatives across B2C and B2B segments, driving revenue growth and customer engagement. Notably, he played a key role in launching mobile money services and managing value-added services portfolios, contributing to digital financial inclusion. Her experience also includes managing key accounts for Samsung South Africa, where she supported market share growth across regional markets.
