As Marketing and Innovations Director for East Africa, Before assuming her regional leadership role, Michira held several senior marketing positions at East African Breweries PLC. she led strategic initiatives that strengthened the company’s beer and spirits portfolios. Her work included driving commercial performance, overseeing brand strategy execution, and leading teams responsible for delivering growth across key metrics such as market share, sales volumes, and brand health indicators.
