Gillette India has appointed Rohini Laya Venkateswaran as Executive Director, strengthening its leadership as it drives growth in the grooming and personal care segment.
In her new role, Venkateswaran will help guide the company’s strategic priorities while supporting its continued expansion. She will, however, continue in her current position as Chief Sales Officer for the Indian Subcontinent at Procter & Gamble.
Venkateswaran brings over two decades of experience at P&G, where she has held several senior leadership roles across markets. Her expertise spans sales leadership, marketing strategy, and commercial operations.

Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President and Country Manager for the East Gulf region, as well as Vice President, Sales Strategy and Planning. In these roles, she led sales strategy, marketing initiatives, and commercial operations across multiple markets.
She has also played a key role in brand development and market expansion for major products such as Olay and Old Spice, building strong experience in driving brand growth and market penetration.
