GCB Bank appoints Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo as Chief Marketing Officer

GCB Bank PLC has announced the appointment of Cynthia Ofori-Dwumfuo as its new Chief Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience Officer, marking a significant leadership enhancement.

This newly created role aims to elevate the bank’s brand relevance and customer experience by integrating customer experience, corporate affairs, and marketing across all channels, signaling a bold step-up in investment, standards, and accountability.

With measurable goals targeting satisfaction, reputation, advocacy, engagement, and product adoption, the move aligns with GCB’s 73-year legacy of supporting Ghana’s people and enterprises, positioning it as the nation’s most supportive bank.
