EAT ‘N GO Partners with ORDA to boost operations

The master franchisee for Coldstone Creamery and Pinkberry Yoghurt in Nigeria and Kenya, EAT ‘N GO has partnered with ORDA as its new point-of-sale provider.

ORDA, a leader in African restaurant technology that drives the digitization of food businesses across the continent, has entered into a strategic partnership to supply a unified cloud-based POS solution to EAT ‘N GO.

Taking to its official LinkedIn, ORDA stated, “The partnership between ORDA and EAT’N’GO is a testament to what is possible when technology meets vision. By embracing ORDA’s solutions, EAT’N’GO is setting a new standard in the quick-service restaurant industry, maximizing productivity, reducing costs, and delivering an enhanced dining experience. This partnership is expected to support Coldstone Creamery and Pinkberry Frozen Yoghurt outlets across both Nigeria and Kenya.

Through this partnership, ORDA will deploy its ORDA POS, Omnichannel, and ORDA Stock software at over 100 locations. Since January 2024, ORDA has collaborated closely with EAT ‘N GO to create advanced systems that assist this leading franchise operator in managing restaurant operations, tracking inventory, integrating with delivery platforms like Chowdeck and Glovo, and leveraging in-house data through machine learning.

EAT ‘N GO, a pioneer in the quick-service restaurant industry in Nigeria and Kenya, is known for providing exceptional dining experiences. With ORDA’s innovative platform, EAT ‘N GO can streamline restaurant management, allowing the company to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality service and products that satisfy its customers.
