Mike Feldman has taken on a new role as Global Head of Commerce at Omnicom Media, expanding his leadership responsibilities across the rapidly evolving global commerce and retail media landscape.
In his new position, Feldman will lead Omnicom Media’s global commerce capabilities, with a focus on retail media, marketplaces, identity, artificial intelligence, measurement and consumer discovery.
Feldman said his new mandate will involve exploring the future of commerce and examining how commerce can make the broader marketing ecosystem more intelligent and effective. He will also focus on connecting media, retail, identity, AI and measurement to deliver stronger outcomes for clients and partners.
The executive will remain closely connected to Flywheel, where he has served as Senior Vice President of Commerce since 2025. His expanded responsibilities will see him connect Omni, Flywheel, Acxiom and agency teams to integrate commerce intelligence into broader media and marketing decisions.
He will also contribute to product strategy, strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives across Omnicom Media.
Mike Feldman brings more than 15 years of experience spanning media, commerce, retail media, shopper marketing, analytics and digital activation to the new position.

Before assuming his latest role, he served as SVP, Commerce at Flywheel, where he led the company’s Media and Retail practices and worked to integrate commerce data across Omnicom’s broader operations. His responsibilities included retail media strategy, full-funnel commerce activation, commerce-based measurement, social commerce, creator affiliates, AI-enabled workflows and emerging commerce media capabilities.
Prior to Flywheel, Feldman was SVP and Global Head of Retail Media at VaynerMedia, where he led the development of Retail Media, Creative, Analytics and Commerce practices globally. He also supported the broader VaynerX group in developing commerce and retail media capabilities designed for the changing commerce environment.
Feldman served as SVP, Head of Commerce & Retail Media at dentsu international, where he built and led commerce and retail media capabilities across agencies including Carat, iProspect, dentsuX and Merkle Media. His responsibilities covered buy-side and sell-side retail media, shopper marketing, commerce strategy, commerce activation and affiliate marketing.
His career also includes a four-year stint at Georgia-Pacific LLC, where he served as Marketing Director – Retail. There, he worked across Shopper Marketing and Media while building the company’s Retail Media capability. He also supported priority retailers, innovation brands, direct-to-consumer initiatives and agency selection processes.
Earlier in his career, Mike Feldman worked at ZenithOptimedia Group, where he helped establish a retail media team supporting Georgia-Pacific’s shopper marketing and retail media initiatives. He began his advertising career at Mullen/MediaHub as a Senior Media Planner, supporting clients across consumer packaged goods, quick-service restaurants, travel, finance, retail and electronics.
He also previously worked with the Atlantic Coast Conference, supporting advanced media initiatives around NCAA football and basketball.
