Jumia Ghana introduces new Variant Launches Jumia Mall

Jumia Ghana’s e-commerce platform has announced its launch of another variant of the brand, Jumia Mall in Accra, Ghana recently.

The new addition is a curated section on Jumia that allows customers to easily identify the official distributors of leading brands on the platform.

Customers can now choose to buy directly from their favourite brands and their official distributors, or the wider marketplace.

Speaking at the official launch of the service, Head of Sales at Jumia Ghana, Yele Adeeko said, “Jumia Mall is the home of your favourite brands. It is Ghana’s largest online mall- with over 30 official brand stores.

In addition to offerings, customers who shop on Jumia Mall will be guaranteed 100% and a 15 days free return policy”.

Also commenting further, Mr Adeekoadded: “We guarantee official warranties on all available products and you have various convenient means of payment such as cash on delivery or with Mobile Money.”

According to statement at the launch by the Head of Engagement at Jumia Ghana, Marie- Reine Seshie emphasized “Jumia’s mission to revolutionise e-commerce in Ghana.

“With our footprints in 14 African countries, we are sure to continue being your first point of call for all your e-commerce needs. We serve you better because we can relate to your needs,” she stated.
