FrieslandCampina Promotes Adewale Arikawe to the position of Managing Director, Sub Saharan Africa

Royal FrieslandCampina has promoted Sales, Commercial and Marketing strategist, Adewale Arikawe to the position of Managing Director, Sub Saharan Africa.

Prior to his position, he was the Regional Director Ghana Equatorial and Southern African Countries of the same company.

Adewale plays an active role in the overall FrieslandCampina Wamco Nigeria strategy to win in the market and contribute to global Commercial strategy for best practices.

He is a commercial strategist with 22 years of achieving strong results.

Adewale started his career at Nestle Nigeria Plc as the Sales Manager. After then he was elevated to the position of Key Account Manager.

He also served as the Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Management, Category Business Manager Dairy at the same company.

Adewale is also experienced in generating demand functions having worked in core Sales General and Modern trade, Shopper Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Brands with exposure to Supply chain as Import and Specialty Manager at Nestlé Nigeria Plc

Adewale holds a Master of Business Administration from University of Chichester as well as a strong research professional with a Leading Impact focused in Business Administration and Management, General from IMD Lusanne Switzerland.

He is skilled in Negotiation, Marketing Management, Business Planning, Sales, and Market Research.
