Damilola Adeyemi named among Top Young Trailblazers in Brandcom’s “35 Under 35” Awards

Damilola Adeyemi, the Chief Operating Officer of Redrick PR, has been honoured as one of Brandcom’s elite “35 Under 35” marketing professionals, a recognition reserved for young innovators transforming Nigeria’s marketing and communication landscape.

The award, organised by Brand Communicator, celebrates fast-rising professionals under the age of 35 who are driving creativity, growth, and innovation across the industry.

Adeyemi, a strategic marketing and brand specialist with nearly a decade of experience, has built an impressive multi-sector portfolio spanning FMCG, automobile, telecommunications, beauty, wines and spirits, luxury, banking, fintech, health, and government communication. His work has reached markets in Nigeria, Kenya, Senegal, and the United Kingdom.

Over the years, he has contributed to campaigns and brand strategies for leading organisations including Total Energies, Airtel, NBA, Maybelline, Armani, Promasidor, TVS, CFAO, Access Bank, Polo Luxury, Perfetti Van Melle, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola, and Moët Hennessy, among others.

Damilola began his marketing career at Octoplus Marketing, where he rose from Management Trainee to Business Manager, helping the agency grow its client base by 88%, revenue by 136%, and recording a 96% pitch-win rate.

He later joined SO&U, one of Nigeria’s leading creative agencies, where he contributed to winning high-profile accounts including MTN and Toyota by CFAO, helping the agency meet its one-year financial target in just six months.

As COO of Redrick PR, he has continued to distinguish himself by driving operational excellence, strengthening internal processes, and leading campaigns that reinforce the agency’s reputation as one of Nigeria’s most innovative PR firms.

Brandcom described this year’s honourees as “trailblazers shaping the future of marketing communications.”
