Chain Reactions Africa appoints Oguadinma as an Executive Director

Chain Reactions Africa has appointed Nkiru Oguadinma as an executive director. The company disclosed that such a key strategic change to its leadership team is aimed at sustaining its dominance for growth across the continent.

The agency said the new executive director will be spearheading and collaborating with the highly talented team and committed partners to tap into their collective strengths to further build on the agency’s success, as well as exploring new avenues for growth, while delivering exceptional value to clients. Nkiru is a veteran with over 20 years of rich experience across different sectors of the economy, including banking, healthcare, insurance, public sector and the marketing communication industry.

The agency stated that the appointment of the new ED is also a strategic move to bolster its agency’s positioning, adding that her deep understanding of emerging trends, and market dynamics positions her at the forefront of creating innovative approaches that align with the agency’s growth vision.

Affirming that the leadership strengthening will drive Chain Reactions’ efforts to build significant connections and transformative growth, Israel Jaiye Opayemi, agency’s Managing Director/Chief Strategist, said Nkiru’s presence will help to unlock the full potential of the organization.

“Nkiru Oguadinma’s appointment is an integral and intentional part of our bullish strategic 10-year growth plan. She will be harnessing all our talents behind that single-minded goal of growth for our business and growth for our client’s businesses,” he said.

Nkiru Oguadinma, the driving force behind the Boy-child Transformation Centre, a funds and electronic transfer solution platform, is an accomplished marketing communication and business growth expert with over 20 years’ experience working across the banking, healthcare, insurance, public sector and the marketing communication industry. She is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer (GCOO) for RedSlate (Group) Limited, a growth marketing group in Lagos Nigeria. Prior to this, Nkiru served as Group Director, Marketing Business Development for Verdant Zeal Marketing Communication Group, with two international branches in key locations across the West Coast of Africa.
