BBNaija Pepper Dem stars, Mercy Eke and Mike Edwards, Win Best Dressed Award at 7th AMVCAs
By MWorld TeamPopular BBNaija alumni Mercy Eke and Mike Edwards became the first winners of the ‘Best Dressed’ award at the 7th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) which held on Saturday, March 14, at the Eko Hotel & Suites, Lagos.
It was the first time ever that guests would be awarded for turning out in resplendent fashion ensembles at the AMVCAs. At the end of the night, Mike Edwards was adjudged to be the worthy winner among the best dressed men at the event whilst Mercy Eke was awarded ‘Best Dressed’ woman.
The winners were voted for by fans on Africa Magic’s Instagram page following a shortlist by the AMVCA Style Council.
Now in its seventh edition, the AMVCA is the biggest annual celebration of African film and TV talent, With the continent’s biggest stars receiving honours for their exceptional work in the past year. This year’s event was hosted by IK Osakioduwa and Amina Abdi Rabar.
