South Africa Boschkloof Wines Launches in Ghana

One of South Africa’s premium wine brands, Boschkloof has been officially unveiled in Ghana with a call for responsible alcohol consumption.

Speaking at the launch of Boschkloof wines in Ghana at the Golden Tulip Hotel in Accra, Chief Executive Officer of Boschkloof Winery, Jacques Borman said, “As a leading wine company, we are interested in profits but also concerned that patrons of our products consume alcohol responsibly to safeguard their health. It is only when consumers are healthy that they can work, make profits and afford our good quality wines”.

The event witnessed scores of wine lovers and retailers, many of whom praised the superior taste and quality of the range of products during a wine tasting session at the launch.

Klass-One Investment introduced Boschkloof wines to the Ghanaian market in June 2019. The brand comes in four blended products, namely Cabernet Sauvignon/ Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Red Blend and White Blend.

According to Jennifer Dodoo, General Manager for Klass-One Investments, sole importers and distributors of Boschkloof wines, the company imports the top-quality brand from South Africa to give Ghanaians the opportunity to experience its exquisite taste and variety.

Ms. Dodoo further noted: “Although wine is researched to have some health benefits, Klass-One Investments does not endorse its immoderate indulgence. Boschkloof wines are strictly not suitable for persons under 18 years of age.”
