New: Dentsu Nigeria hosts Rome Business School students

Dentsu Nigeria has hosted Masters and MBA students from Rome Business School Nigeria at Carat Nigeria, giving the visiting group a firsthand look at how a modern advertising agency operates.

The students toured the offices and engaged with senior leaders on strategy, talent, technology and the practical realities of the advertising business.


The visit forms part of Dentsu Nigeria’s ongoing commitment to knowledge sharing as a core element of its internal culture and strategy.

Chairman and Group CEO Emeka Chris Okeke addressed the students on ideation, creativity, brand building, business intelligence, strategic operations, differentiation and AI-driven efficiency. Managing Director of Carat Nigeria, Igwe Okeke, shared insights on building capacity through academic, functional, emotional and business intelligence.

Head of Human Resources Chidinma Ajose provided an overview of the organisation’s people, processes and operating structure.

Dentsu Nigeria said the engagement reflects its belief that education, training and capacity building are essential to turning innovation into impact.
